Contact
This site carries no enquiry form and records nothing about the people who read it. An assembly cannot be priced from a form in any case: it needs a single-line diagram and a schedule of ways, which means an e-mail with attachments.

What an apparatus enquiry needs
| Information | Detail |
|---|---|
| Supply | Voltage, phases, incoming rating, and the prospective fault current at the point of connection. |
| Schedule of ways | How many outgoing circuits, at what rating, with what type of protective device on each. |
| Loads | What is connected, and the largest single starting load with its starting method. |
| Environment | Where the assembly will stand, ambient temperature, and the ingress protection required. |
| Form and access | Form of separation required, cable entry direction, and maintenance access available. |
| Space and route | The envelope the assembly must fit, and the route by which it will be got there. |
| Programme | When it is needed, and whether commissioning is tied to a fixed date. |
If you do not have all of that
Send what exists. A single-line diagram and a load schedule are enough to begin a sensible conversation, and the rest can be established from there. What cannot be done is to price an assembly from a rating alone, because the rating is only one of half a dozen things that determine what has to be built.
Temporary power enquiries
For generation, the useful information is the load to be supported, the largest starting load, the period required, and the space available for the set including access for delivery and refuelling.
The reply
Every enquiry gets a reply. Nothing on this site is a quotation: an assembly is priced in writing once the design is settled, and a hire period is agreed the same way.
